How long will therapy take?
This is different for each person. With most clients I work to a 10 session model, we will discuss your needs, expectations and goals in the first session. We will assess your progress at the half way point and explore if more or less sessions are required.

What issues can therapy help with?
Anxiety, depression, workplace and personal stress, low mood, trauma, relationship problems, grief, addiction, loss and low self-esteem.

It is recommended weekly to start with.

Is what I discuss in therapy confidential?
Yes I am legally bound to maintain
confidentiality with limited exceptions, I will go through these in detail during our first session.
