Clinical Supervision in Hartlepool & Online

Hello and welcome.

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor (FdA in Counselling) and a registered member of the BACP, offering clinical supervision in Hartlepool and online across the UK.

Supervision is a vital part of safe and ethical practice. I provide a supportive, reflective space where you can explore your client work, develop your professional confidence, and gain deeper insight into the therapeutic process.

With an Advanced Specialist Diploma in Clinical & Creative Supervision, over 15 years of experience in mentoring and leadership, and a thriving private practice, I bring both clinical depth and real-world understanding to my supervision work.

Integrative Counselling Supervision for Therapists, Trainees & Professionals

My Approach to Clinical Supervision

My core model is the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, which allows us to explore your work from multiple perspectives, including:

  • The client’s experience
  • Your therapeutic relationship
  • Your internal responses
  • The wider systems impacting the work

This structured yet flexible approach supports deeper reflection, ethical awareness, and professional growth.

I offer integrative supervision, meaning I adapt our sessions to suit your modality, experience level, and learning style.

Creative & Integrative Supervision

As a trained creative clinical supervisor, I can incorporate both traditional talking approaches and creative methods where helpful.

This may include:

  • Visual or reflective exercises
  • Experiential exploration
  • Gentle challenge and curiosity

My aim is to help you develop your internal supervisor, strengthening your confidence, autonomy, and decision-making in practice.
