Nadine Cameron
Counsellor
Hello, I am Nadine Cameron.

I’m Nadine Cameron, an integrative counsellor with a Level 5 Diploma in Counselling and experience working with both adults and children. I offer a safe, calm, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can feel supported, heard, and able to speak openly at your own pace.
My integrative approach means therapy is tailored to your individual needs. I may draw on person-centred therapy, CBT-informed techniques, and psychodynamic understanding to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and patterns in a way that feels right for you. Together, we can work through challenges in a supportive and collaborative way.
I can support clients with a range of difficulties, such as, anxiety, grief and loss, domestic violence and abuse, relationship challenges, self-harm and general life struggles, whether these are rooted in past experiences or present circumstances. I also bring both professional knowledge and personal lived experience in a number of these areas, which helps me offer compassionate, understanding support.
For children and young people, I work with care, sensitivity, and clear safeguarding awareness, always keeping their wellbeing at the centre of the work.
Where domestic violence or abuse is part of your experience, I understand the importance of creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and empowering as you navigate the emotional process.
