I'm Jenny Tumilty, an integrative counsellor with a Foundation Degree (FdA) in Counselling.

I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I believe that every person is unique, so I use an integrative approach, drawing on Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic approaches to tailor therapy to your individual needs and goals. This often involves exploring how present-day challenges may be connected to deeper-rooted experiences and patterns.

Together, we can explore how early life experiences, attachment relationships, and trauma may influence your current thoughts, behaviours, and relationships. Developing a greater understanding of these connections can foster self-awareness, support healing, and encourage meaningful, lasting personal growth.

I have experience working with both young people and adults, supporting individuals through a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, stress, low mood, emotional overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, self-harm, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and the impact of abusive relationships. I also have an understanding of neurodiversity and recognise the importance of working with each person's individual strengths, needs, and unique way of experiencing the world.
